French authorities have charged seven people in connection with a Lupine robbery last month, the BBC reported. On Feb. 25, about 20 mask thieves broke into the set while filming the popular Netflix production in suburban Paris, stealing equipment worth about $ 330,000. The perpetrators fired fireworks in the form of mortar to commit the robbery, but fortunately none of the cast and crew present at the time, including star Omar Sy, were injured.

Police accused the seven of participating in an organized gang armed robbery. The French authorities detain three accused, with the remaining four under judicial supervision. The youngest in the group was only 13 years old. Police said they found some of the stolen equipment during the robbery and are still searching for everyone involved. Lupine is not the only Netflix project to fall victim to a heist this year. The day before, thieves broke into the vehicle used to make The Crown and stole over $ 200,000 worth of old props.
